Microsoft Office Project provides useful project management tools that allows you to work in an efficient and effective way. Its new user interface is intended to make it easier to learn for new users and faster for experienced users. With this program you can stay informed and control project work, schedules and finances, keep project teams synchronized, and thanks to its integration with Microsoft Office system programs and to its flexible tools, you get even more productive. With the help of its tracking tool, you can quickly determine the factors that are causing a task to be delayed. The program also features a new tool called Multiple Level Undo that shows you several what-if scenarios in order to fully understand the implications of each choice while making scope changes. The Calendar interface also features some enhancements that allows you to create more visually attractive reports. What is more, with the Project Guide you can quickly follow the project management process step-by-step, and it helps you to set up projects more quickly, track status, manage tasks and resources more easily, and report project information. |
